Anne Underwood led a discussion about bioethicswith Jodi Picoult's novel, My Sister's Keeper, as the starting point, on Tuesday, April 10, as part of North Reading Reads 2007..

North Reading Reads' 2006 featured author, Roland Merullo, signed books before and after his talk.

Lale Lewis, Nancy Stewart, and Virginia Shaheen enjoyed the Artists' Reception on April 10th.

Lou Greenstein entertained everyone with his presentation about his extensive collection of culinary antiques on April 6th.


On April 6, students from the high school sang Italian arias, under the direction of Agatha Marano.

 


Lida Jenney and Janet Nicosia talked about the history of Martin's Pond at "In North Reading, In Those Days," March 16th.


The artist, Norman J. Gautreau (right), and his son, Norm, spoke to an enthusiastic audience on March 9th.

North Reading High School students participated in the bioethics discussion on April 10.


Kerri Forrest, North Reading High School biology teacher, and Vicki Yablonsky, North Reading High School Library Director, attended the bioethics discussion.

The reception after Roland Merullo's talk included displays of student work inspired by In Revere, In Those Days.
